A bright and hot summer day, spent with a good friend. Thanks for the day and the modeling, Alex! ^^ I think the shot above is my favorite one from the last days and weeks, and certainly my favorite portrait shot so far.

A new recipe I tried today, I think it was only mediocre and needs some work – maybe I shouldn’t have modified the original recipe right the first time I tried it ^^

A slightly cropped shot I took in Lemgo about two weeks ago. There was quite a strong breeze moving the field, unluckily I didn’t have a tripod at hand to get a little more motion into the image. The longer exposures I tried handheld turned out to be too shaky due to the wind. Shot with the Nikon 24-70 and a polarization filter. Click the image to enlarge!

An arrangement of shots I collected last weekend at Lemgo, strolling through the fields. Taken with the D200, a Nikon 24-70 F2.8 and my newest addition: a Nikon 70-200 F2.8 – a wonderful lens, though terribly expensive.
