A lot of assorted, but really good (meaning I like them…) shots, partly from the way through the city, partly from today’s cycling trip up the Königstuhl – finally got back to doing a little bit of sports.
Note the original arrival times of the two trains above and the actual time. They both didn’t arrive for about another ten minutes…
I’m not sure where the weird green light came from, but it was in fact this intense.
It has been raining quite a bit in the last days.
Sitting in class at the university. Both shots above were taken with my cellphone camera, it’s the first cellphone I’ve owned that delivers nearly acceptable image quality.
Going running.
They looked nice, tasted weird and had a terrible consistency. Total failure.
A working crew I met on my way home at midnight. I asked them if they were ok with me taking a few shots. Spent about a quarter of an hour with them, shooting and talking.
Shot at about 1/1000th shutter speed (F2.0, ISO 2000). The results are ok, but not really satisfying. I think I was too tired to do a better job.
Dinner, after swimming between 1 and 1.5 km today, the first time in months I’ve been swimming. It helps not to swim alone but with friends. Thanks!
View from the Königstuhl, also today. I won’t become much of a tri-athlete though ;)
Great weather, superb light. Unfortunately I reached the summit too late for the best light.
A lamp inside a house on the summit. Liked the warm inside and the cold outside colors.
Me. It got a little cold up there soon, so I left as soon as I could and missed a great light moment – the sky in a deep blue and the ground nearly dark, with glowing ribbons of car traffic. I like the shots below, but they were taken a bit too early.
The D5000 on the Gorillapod, shot with my cellphone.
A drive by shot of a Christmas tree behind a fence.
